SNAP (Special Needs Activities and Play) aims to provide a safe and enjoyable holiday play scheme for children and young people aged 5 to 19 years old, who have learning disabilities of varying severity.  Some service users may also have physical or sensory disabilities or behaviour that is challenging.

The schemes are based in local schools and provide equal play opportunities for a number of people across the Hertfordshire county region.  We run our sites during the Easter, Christmas and Summer school holidays from the areas of Dacorum, St. Albans/Harpenden and Welwyn Garden City/Hatfield.
