S.N.A.P (Special Needs Activities and Play) aims to provide a safe and enjoyable holiday play scheme for children and young people aged 4 to 19 years old, who have learning disabilities of varying severity.  Some service users may also have physical or sensory disabilities and/or behaviour that is challenging.

The schemes are based in local schools and provide equal play opportunities for people across Hertfordshire.  

We run our playschemes on Saturdays, during the Easter, Christmas and Summer school holidays from the areas of Hemel Hempstead, St. Albans, Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.
